Returns & Refunds
We follow a No-Return and No-Refund policy, except in cases where:

The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video & photos)
If approved after review, we will:

Replace the product with a new one, or

Issue a store credit if replacement is not available

The product is damaged due to misuse
