We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

Returns & Refunds

We follow a No-Return and No-Refund policy, except in cases where:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video & photos)

If approved after review, we will:

  • Replace the product with a new one, or

  • Issue a store credit if replacement is not available

Non-Eligible cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, inked, or tampered with

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Packaging materials, box, warranty card, or accessories are missing

How to raise a claim

Email us at support@beena.store with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos & unboxing video of the defective product

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, our support team will respond within 2–4 business days.
